1. What types of cars do you offer for rental?
We offer a variety of vehicles, including city cars, saloons, family cars and 4×4s. Take a look at our fleet on the website to see all the options available.
2. Where are you located?
CARSALIS is based in Agadir, Morocco. We also offer free delivery in Agadir and the surrounding area, as well as to places such as Marrakech, Essaouira, the Souss region and Taroudant, whether from your hotel, the train station or the airport.
3. How can I book a vehicle?
It's very simple: send us your request by WhatsApp or by email (info@carsalis.com). On every car page, a “Booking request by WhatsApp” button prepares the message for you: all you have to do is give your dates and the pick-up location. We confirm availability very quickly, usually within the minute. For family cars and 4×4s, the rate is given on request.
4. Do you ask for a deposit?
No. At CARSALIS, no deposit is required: no security deposit, no surprises.
5. Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free in Agadir and the surrounding area (airport, hotel, city centre). We also deliver to Marrakech, Essaouira, the Souss region and Taroudant, with a surcharge per journey. All the details can be found on our Booking request page.
6. What additional options are available?
We offer options such as baby seats and roof bars to meet your specific needs. Simply state the options you would like in your booking request.
7. Which payment methods are accepted?
Our preferred payment method is secure bank transfer (European transfers accepted); the bank details are sent to you when the booking is confirmed. Payment on arrival is still possible subject to conditions : in cash, or by card (+ 5 % bank charges). No online payment is necessary.
8. Can I book by phone?
