What delivery charges do you offer in Morocco?
Delivery is free everywhere in Agadir: airport, city centre, your hotel and even your home. For Marrakech, Essaouira, the Souss region and Taroudant, a supplement of 60 € per journey applies (an outward journey and a return journey count as two journeys). For other cities, the price is given on request.
Can I book a car with Carsalis without paying anything in advance?
Yes. No advance payment and no deposit are required: no security deposit, no surprises. Payment is made when the vehicle is handed over, or by bank transfer if you prefer.
Can I cancel or change my booking free of charge?
Absolutely, we understand that plans can change. You are free to cancel or change your booking at any time, and at no cost whatsoever.
Does Carsalis offer additional accessories with its hire cars?
Yes, Carsalis offers accessories such as baby seats or roof bars. Simply ask for them when you book and we will include them in your hire.
What payment options are available for the booking?
Our preferred payment method is secure bank transfer (European transfers accepted); the bank details are sent to you when the booking is confirmed. Payment on arrival is still possible subject to conditions : in cash, or by card (+ 5 % bank charges). No online payment is necessary.
