At Carsalis, every hire rate includes:

Payment
Our preferred payment method is secure bank transfer (European transfers accepted). Our bank details are sent to you when your booking is confirmed. Payment on arrival remains possible subject to conditions, to be agreed with us at the time of confirmation: in cash, or by bank card (+ 5 % bank charges).
Rental conditions
- The hire period is calculated in blocks of 24 hours. Any day started (beyond 2 hours) will be charged as an additional day.
- No deposit is required. We rely on the trust of our customers to cover repairs in the event of damage for which they are responsible. We do not offer insurance covering damage: only third-party liability is included.
- The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence that has been valid for at least 2 years.
- A second driver is possible for an additional charge.
- The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition (no sand, excessive dust, litter, etc.). Otherwise, a cleaning charge of 100 MAD will be applied.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.
- The fuel level on return must be the same as the level recorded at delivery.
- If the vehicle is returned more than 2 hours late without prior agreement, a full day will be charged.
- Fines and offences incurred during the hire period remain the responsibility of the hirer.
- Off-road use (unsurfaced tracks) is prohibited, except for vehicles expressly suited to it. Any damage resulting from such use will be charged.
Booking confirmation
To confirm your booking, please send us the following information and documents:
- Copy of your passport
- Copy of your driving licence (front and back)
- Delivery and return time of the vehicle
- Flight number and place of departure
- Phone number (including WhatsApp)
Returning the vehicle
We recommend returning the vehicle 2 hours before your flight's departure time.
